Qibla is one of the most important symbols in Islam and is the sign of Islamic identity.
The choice of Jerusalem as the first Qibla and then its change to the Ka’bah had a huge reflection among the Jews in the era of the emergence of Islam.
A number of contemporary Jews of Muhammed the Messenger , because Jerusalem , was at the beginning of the emergence of Islam , the common Qibla between Muslims and the Jews ,and to escape the confession of the revelation of Islam , claimed the doubts about the adaptation of the first Qibla of Muslims from the Jews, as the reason for their legitimacy.
In this article some Jewish doubts about the Qibla were discussed, before and after the change, in the eyes of the commentators of (Shiite and Sunni), and using the Quranic documentation, the falsehood of the Jewish viewpoint about the issue of Qibla adaptation is explained;
And it is stated that the reasons for choosing Jerusalem at the beginning of the emergence of Islam, as the Qibla of the Muslims were wise, because Jerusalem was a sacred and holy land, and at that time, Ka’bah was the site of idol worship.
But with the spread of Islam, Mecca enjoyed a different situation and Ka’ba was chosen as the first Qibla , for safe and permanent worship-place of divine servants.
