For Tabatabaii, the referents of Ulel-Amr are infallible Imams, who should be obeyed unconditionally and absolutely as the Holy Prophet, which proves their infallibility. He believes that the repetition of the imperative verb "Obey" indicates the difference in the domain of obedience not emphasis, and the pronoun "you" in verse which says "then if you quarrel about anything" refers not to Ulel-Amr but to Muslims. In Al-Minar, Abduh accepts the command of absolute obedience to the Holy Prophet and Ulel-Amr, necessitated by their infallibility. However, he believes that the instances of Ulel-Amr are people of hal and 'Aqd (those whose opinions are what count) whose consensus is correct. Rashid Reza, however, does not regard such a consensus as infallible, as he believes that the pronoun "you" refers to Ulel-Amr as well. The paper compares aforementioned commentaries to extracts several mistakes taken by Abduh in Al-Minar, and resolves the doubts he cast on Shia interpretations. <br />  پژوهش حاضر در صدد مقایسۀ تفسیر المنار و المیزان در زمینۀ تفسیر آیۀ «اولی الامر»(نساء/ 59ا) است. تفسیر المیزان مصداق «اولی الامر» را در این آیه، امامان معصوم دانسته و امر به اطاعت از پیامبر و «اولی الامر» را در این آیه، دارای وزان واحد، مطلق و بی قید و شرط تلقی کرده و این آیه را اثبات کنندۀ عصمت رسول (ص) و «اولی الامر» به شمار آورده است و علت تکرار «اطیعوا» را تفاوت قلمرو اطاعت محسوب کرده است و نه تأکید ومخاطبان را در «فان تنازعتم» مسلمانان دانسته و نه« اولی الأمر». تفسیر المنار نیز امر به اطاعت از پیامبر و «اولی الامر» را مطلق و لازمۀ آن را عصمت آنان دانسته است؛ با این تفاوت که از نظر عبده مصادیق «اولی الامر» اهل حل و عقد و اجماع نظر آنان به دور از خطا است؛ اگر چه رشید رضا این اجماع را معصومانه نمی داند. به نظر او، مخاطبان «فان تنازعتم» شامل «اولی الامر» هم می شود. در این مقاله علاوه بر مقایسۀ دو تفسیر، اشکالات برداشت‌های صاحب المنار مطرح و ایرادات ایشان به برداشت مفسران شیعه پاسخ داده شده است.<br />   https://ptt.qom.ac.ir/article_966_092d423e2c101f8308425e0112ac53df.pdf
