Aims and Scope

The journal of Comparative Interpretation Research (CIR) is an open-access peer-reviewed semiannual journal in Persian (with English abstracts and bibliographies) devoted to the field of Quran, Quranic exegesis, Quranic studies, Quranic sciences, Islam, interpretation (tafsir), Shi'a exegesis (Shi'a interpretations) and Sunnite exegesis (Sunnite interpretations), published by the University of Qom and scientifically sponsored by the Iranian Society for Quranic Studies and Islamic Culture (ISQSI). It is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the publication of original articles, review articles, etc., considering the research ethics and academic rules and regulations.
