How the connection between the verse of purification and related to the wives of the Messenger of God has always been a matter of opinion among commentators. some Shiite commentators believe verse of has been distorted in place, and , some Sunni commentators have presented opinions are in conflict with other verses and the traditions accepted by the parties regarding the revelation of the verse of purification. this analytical-comparative research, is to determine how the verse of purification is related to the verses related to the wives of the Messenger of God based on the comparison of Madrasi's and Ibn Ashur's opinions. Examining the arguments presented , indicates that, contrary to Ibn Ashur's view, Mr. Madrasi's opinions are in complete harmony with the general context governing the Surah, as well as the context governing the mentioned verses and authentic traditions of the parties. According to this view, the verse of has a different dignity from the verses related to wives and examples other than them, and the reason why it is placed next to the verses related to wives is to avoid thinking that all the members of the family of the Messenger of God are the same in condoling with him and reaching the position of "Ahl al-Bayt". This is why wives are addressed with a reproachful tone.
