Because of the relationship with Divine justice, including the intellectual challenges of the Islamic thought, the present study is in response to the question of how the tradition of justice is consistent with God, to compare the Quranic views of three thinker of Shiite, Mu'tazilites and Ashaareh are dealt with in order to find out scrutiny in their theories, spatial more comprehensively, and in addition to the strengths and weaknesses of viewpoints are known.
The present paper, with the method of description and analysis, first, the Quranic views of the Jabbar, Ghazali and Faiz-Kashani have been earned and concluded that they are consistent with many of the criteria. And in the following, according to different orientations of divine justice, comparing the votes of three thinker, the point was that first, not consistent between the traditions of divine justice with the direction of Mu'tazilites and Ashaareh. and secondly, although human beings are afflicted by the Lord in different affairs, they are committed to their own possession and the Penal Code in accordance with the actions that this is the same as justice. In fact, this is due to the potential human nature, and this is the divine justice.
