The legitimacy of a feature is in a system of governance that the ruler considers to be correct for his rule, and the people count on the rule of law.Legitimacy is the answer to the question of why some have the right to rule and others are obliged to obey them. The issue of legitimacy is the question of the sovereign's sovereignty. The African commentators, because of their openness to the verses of the government, share the Almighty Almighty with the inherent origin of the legitimacy of the government, and they assume that, since God himself can not be in the garment of human beings and he will rule over them, be certain of his provinceThey believe, like most Muslims, that in the presence of the Prophet, God has given them the sovereignty, but there is a major difference over the source or sources of legitimacy of the rulers after the Prophet.Shiite commentators believe in the divine legitimacy of the government and the establishment of the Imam by a letter from the Lord, but Sunni commentators, despite knowingly believing this way to prove the Imamate because they did not prove it, believe that Imamate and the government in various ways, including allegiance and Selection of the dissolution and contract, the victory and support of the former Imam, and force and conquest.Although the last one is more force and overcome, the justification and even the controversy of these commentators has been approved.
