The phrase in (Quran:7:149) is one of the single-use constructions in the Qur'an. This phrase has no precedent in the Arabic language and its first use be seen in (Quran:7:149) and during the narration of some of the events in the life of Prophet Moses, i.e. his invitation to Mount Toor, the breaking of the covenant of the Israelites and their act of worshiping the calf. This research aims to analyze the concept of this interpretation and explain the reason for this Quranic concept. Despite the fact that the commentators of the Qur'an have analyzed this phrase at the same time. But due to the formation of different views under the verse and due to the fact that you see the meaning, it is necessary to pay attention to the linguistic and meta-textual issues.also to examine and analyze these views beyond the lexical, rhetorical, syntactic and especially the context.In order to achieve this goal, the speech atmosphere governing the verses is examined and what is meant by regret, fear, inability, suddenness, and such interpretations presented are criticized. This research has been investigated on the textual and meta-linguistic rules and their analysis. The phrase in (7: 149) narrate a specific incident that caused the Israelites to think and ponder and its interpretations as regret, anxiety or other concepts are not acceptable.
